Please understand that We Light Atlanta is not responsible for repositioning any tables, chairs, or similar furniture to begin setting up on the day of. It is your responsibility to have a minimum of 3 feet space between guests’ chairs so that our uplights can be safely positioned against walls. We will NOT install uplights in outdoor spaces unless a separate agreement is established between you and We Light Atlanta. Acceptable forms of payment are Check, Money Order, PayPal, Credit Card, or Cash. Checks and Money Orders shall be made payable to “We Light Atlanta”. Once deposit is paid then your event will be booked. Balance must be paid in full during setup time, but you also have the option to pay balance prior to the day of event by requesting an invoice from us in advance. Check, Money Order or PayPal are acceptable forms of payment prior to day of. If the balance is NOT paid in full before or during event’s setup time, We Light Atlanta will NOT perform any services and begin the breakdown process. If for whatever reason We Light Atlanta can NOT provide the necessary services on the day of event, a full refund of all funds paid will be awarded back to you within 14-days of cancellation. If for whatever reason you cancel at any time We Light Atlanta will retain 50% of all funds paid and return the remaining back to you with-14 days of cancellation.
